Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction
Welcome to The Lead Lab. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
2. Company Services
The Lead Lab ("we," "us," or "our") provides seller leads to junk car buyers. Our leads are sold at different service levels: on a per lead basis, set bundle of leads, or monthly contract basis. We are not responsible for any errors made by us or the vehicle seller, or any misinformation provided by the seller. Users are responsible for verifying all information provided to them. If a lead is not contacted within 48 hours, we reserve the right to reroute the lead to another buyer/user in the seller’s area to protect the relationship with the seller.
3. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for:
Verifying the information that was provided by the seller, such as: Vehicle Location, Mileage, Title Status, and Ownership of the vehicle.
Contacting the seller in a timely manner.
Being courteous when contacting and meeting with the seller to purchase the vehicle.
Comply with all applicable local and state laws governing the purchase of the vehicle.
Users are prohibited from:
Being rude, cussing, stalking, berating, harming, or harassing a seller via phone, SMS, physically, or by any other means.
4. Payment and Fees
Our services operate on a flat pay-per-lead model, pre-purchased bundle, or monthly retainer contract, depending on the service level. Given the nature of the service, there are no refunds. However, if a lead is reported for reasons such as distance or quality, and the reason is approved by our team, we will provide the user with a credit for the lead, which will be applied to their account.
5. Intellectual Property
We retain all of our intellectual property, including but not limited to ad creatives, landing pages, CRM infrastructure, graphic design elements, internal systems, and associated copywriting.
6. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for the seller’s actions, negligence, or damages suffered thereof. We are not liable for sellers backing out of a deal negotiated with the buyer. The buyer is responsible for negotiating all of their deals. The Lead Lab solely provides the seller’s information to the buyer. The buyer is responsible for verifying and validating all of the information provided to them, such as vehicle location, mileage, title status, and ownership of the vehicle. Leads may be reported for issues such as distance, quality, or missing information. After review by The Lead Lab team, if there is an issue with the lead, we will credit the user’s account.
7. Termination
Users can terminate the service agreement with a minimum of 14 days' notice via email at: [email protected] Upon termination, we will stop providing leads and associated services based on the user's service level.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Georgia, USA.
